Inside Secrets Insurance Companies
Don’t Want You To Know About Handling
Your Motorcycle Claim!
part iii
If you have recently been
injured on a motorcycle there are some “facts” you
absolutely
need to know before you speak to anyone or sign any legal
document. This Special Report details some of the critical
facts you want to be aware of in order to ensure you protect
your legal rights. I have written this Special Report in
common every day language that everyone can understand
without needing to go to law school making it reader
friendly.
Over the past 20 years, I
have encountered many people who have suffered from all
types of injuries related to motorcycle crashes, however
these people failed to get the “right” legal advice at the
right time. Time is a commodity motorcycle crash victims
don’t have a lot of. Some of these people never went to a
lawyer because they didn’t know they had a right to
compensation, some of these people were intimidated meeting
with an attorney, and others waited to long to hire a lawyer
and the Statute of Limitations expired thereby barring their
motorcycle injury claim.
They didn’t want to open a
claim because they thought they might lose their case, or
they would be
dropped by their motorcycle insurance company
for filing a claim. Each year, I hear of dozens of cases
where injured motorcycle riders who are entitled to receive
compensation never took action to submit a claim to get what
they truly deserved. In this day and age, doing nothing at
all is one of the worst things
you can do.
I consider myself to be a
fighter, someone who looks out for the little guy. That’s
why I
have taken the time to sit down and write this Special
Report in a comprehensive way offering it for FREE to anyone
who asks. It makes me sick to my stomach seeing people who
get injured on a motorcycle get cheated out of what they
rightfully deserve because they were intimidated by an
insurance company representative and were “SOLD” an unfair
settlement simply because they really didn’t know any
better. It’s hard enough to make ends meet these days and
getting injured on a motorcycle shouldn’t have to make
matters worse.
